Read Genesis 3:16
16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
Read Romans 8:22-23
22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
From the beginning birth and pain came together. Remember how God used emptiness, pain, and brokenness to bring to you new life. So do not despise the tears, but know that with God every tear will bring birth, and every sorrow new life.
Prayer – Rejoice in the hope that the sorrows of this life are forgotten in the joy and miracle of eternal life.
