Prayer Challenge

Praying Biblically for One Another

During this time of uncertainty, the best thing we should do is look to God for guidance and hope for peace only He can provide. To culminate this 40 Days of Prayer, let's come together as a church and do exactly that, pray. Starting Monday, September 14 to Saturday, September 19, let us pray for one another as Paul prayed for the churches of Ephesus and Philippi.

Each day next week, each of our pastors will be sharing challenges on the subject of prayer. As we come together as a church, pray we individually:

Take this time to grow in wisdom and knowledge of our God.

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him” Ephesians 1:17

Are filled and rest in the hope that only our Father offers.

18 having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might 20 that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places. Ephesians 1:18-20

Are strengthened and changed in our inner man.

16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love Ephesians 3: 16-17

Grow more and more in our love for Him and others.

And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; Philippians 1:9

Are protected from sin and live a pure life and are fruitful in His work.

10 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; 11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God. Philippians 1:10-11
