Day 20
Read Isaiah 40:3-5
3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. 4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: 5 And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.
Read Hebrews 12:3
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
The shortest distance between two points is a straight line. It is so spiritually as well. The path of God is straight. When we live straight, everything lines up—our words with our actions, our actions with our faith, and our faith with our life.
Prayer – Today, let’s make it our aim to eliminate all wavering in our life. Ask God to help us walk and a straight line.
