Pastor Herron Recognized by Government of Guam

Pastor Herron Recognized

Pastor Herron was presented the Ancient Order of the Chamorri yesterday by Lt. Gov. Ray Tenorio. This award is the highest civilian honor that can be bestowed on a non-Chamorro person. The certificate reads in part:

Pastor and Tami Herron's love for the foster children on Guam led to the organization of Harvest House, a ministry helping foster children and families... he successfully led Harvest Christian Academy through 18 consecutive years of over 900 enrolled students... In addition, he led Harvest Baptist Bible College in the growth from its inception as a Bible institute into a college and saw the enrollment increase from 40 students to a high of 90 students... We thank Pastor Herron for his contributions and selfless ministerial work towards our island.

Congratulations to the Herrons.  Thank you for your many years of service to the people of Guam.
